Missed a work meeting I was supposed to be at this morning.
Purely forgot. I have no other excuse.
Did my apologies to the appropriate parties involved, and found out that in fact, the meeting didn't really concern me much anyhow.
Still, not my best work.

Got a call from my boss that I had missed a meeting. Granted, I was not working that day and had no prior info about the meeting so why should I know/care that there was a meeting. But I guess I should have known. Such is life.
